This is my new blog dedicated to my thing; Baking.
Ignore the grammer and hopefully not the spelling.
This blog is my test kitchen, not everything is going to turn out fantastic.
All I can do is try my best, and thus far I have had no complaints.

- A career would be nice. Yet I am not ready to settle for something mediocre. In the meantime I work at a cottage bistro serving tea. I'm looking forward to taking classes at my local community college next semester. Pastry and perhaps ceramics. Ultimately I am living to travel. I just moved home from Boston and to be completely honest it has been the biggest heartbreak of my life. But I have to deal, and make the most out of Southern California.
