A career would be nice. Yet I am not ready to settle for something mediocre. In the meantime I work at a cottage bistro serving tea. I'm looking forward to taking classes at my local community college next semester. Pastry and perhaps ceramics.
Ultimately I am living to travel. I just moved home from Boston and to be completely honest it has been the biggest heartbreak of my life. But I have to deal, and make the most out of Southern California.
Better late than never. I made one of my favorite cakes for one of my favorite people. Whipped Berry cake is perfect for the hot months of the summer. Rumor has it the cake didnt even make it 24 hrs...I believe it!
